Network topology
Solid paths are documented network relationships. The switch layer is shown by role where no management address is available.
Core services
Compute and application hosts on wired Ethernet.

How to read the map
Names are DNS-backed
OPNsense Diagnostics shows these hostnames when Name resolution is enabled on the ARP table.
ARP stays dynamic
ARP records appear only while a device is present in the gateway cache. Reservations and PTR records provide the durable identity.
The switch is intentionally invisible
An unmanaged PoE switch forwards Ethernet frames but does not own a management address, hostname, or ARP record.
